• If a channel delivered fails to match its listed subscriber count, monetization status, or displays undisclosed strikes, you are entitled to an immediate replacement channel of equal value or a full refund.
• Buyers must report any discrepancies to our escrow support staff via Discord within 48 hours of initial manager access.

2 Account Replacement Protocol

In the rare event of access verification issues prior to primary owner transfer completion:

• Our staff will provision an equivalent verified channel from reserve inventory within 24 business hours.
• If no suitable alternative satisfies your channel requirements, your escrow balance is refunded immediately to your account ledger.

3 30-Day Growth Refill Guarantee

For promotional orders placed through our SMM growth panel (YouTube Views, Subscribers, Watch Hours):

• Services with a refill badge include 30-day automatic refill protection against natural drops.
• If count metrics decrease below the start count plus delivered quantity, simply submit an automated refill request from your order dashboard.

4 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:

• The buyer uploaded content violating YouTube Community Guidelines or Copyright policies after receiving access.
• The buyer failed to set up 2FA or changed recovery credentials carelessly resulting in account lockout post-handover.
• Wallet deposit balances that have already been deployed and completed on active SMM orders.
