1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ytup (including our website, marketplace catalog, social panel tools, and escrow services), you confirm your binding agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

2 Channel Handover & Ownership Protocol

ytup facilitates the transfer of organic YouTube assets between verified sellers and purchasers under strict security standards:

• Primary Ownership Handover: Transfers are conducted via official YouTube Brand Account manager invitations. In accordance with Google security guidelines, primary ownership transfer requires a 7-day manager verification period.
• Inspection Window: Purchasers are granted a 48-hour inspection period following initial access to verify channel analytics, subscriber authenticity, and AdSense compatibility.
• Security Hygiene: Following primary ownership transfer, the buyer is solely responsible for updating recovery phone numbers, backup codes, and 2-factor authentication.

3 Social Growth Panel & Service Delivery

Our social growth tools (YouTube Views, Watch Hours, Subscribers) are supplied for promotional optimization:

• Delivery starts automatically upon submission or within estimated queue intervals specified on the service dashboard.
• Target URLs and channels must remain public, without age restrictions or country blocking, throughout order execution.
• Guaranteed services include refill coverage against platform drops within the designated warranty period.

4 Payments, Wallet Deposits & Escrow

All transactions across ytup are settled via secure digital payment gateways (including USDT, Binance Pay, Cryptomus, and credit card processing):

• Deposited wallet balances are stored securely in your user ledger and are non-refundable once deployed toward active service fulfillment.
• Escrow funds for channel acquisitions are held in neutral custody until both transfer milestones are fulfilled and confirmed.

5 Prohibited Conduct & Termination

Users may not engage in fraudulent chargebacks, upload illicit or copyright-infringing content to acquired channels, attempt to reverse-engineer platform APIs, or exploit automated order loopholes. ytup reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these covenants.

6 Limitation of Liability

ytup acts as a neutral facilitator and provider of promotional infrastructure. Once a channel transfer has been fully finalized and primary ownership confirmed, ytup does not control future content published on the channel or alterations initiated by third-party platform algorithm updates.
