This is a copy/paste from a thread I made on another trade site. So it's 2 different posts consolidated into 1. The way he worked was adding me to msn using the address [email protected] and then emailing me a validation email from [email protected] to try to prove he was a member of staff, as the person on live chat told me, this is not the way they contact people and it seems their email address is not secure. Remember, this does not mean accounts.net is not a legitimate site, however this email address which is listed on their website seems to be compromised. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This is an email I got from the website accounts.net today after being contacted by someone claiming to be a member of their staff on msn today: ------------------ Account Quote: 70 Priest, 70 Mage‏ From: [email protected] Sent: 07 October 2008 15:28:43 Reply-to: [email protected] To: [email protected] Dear [email protected], Thanks for choosing Accounts.net! He can be contacted on MSN at: [email protected] We will need the following information: - Full Name and Address. - PayPal, Western Union, Moneybookers or Bank account info. - Your Username and Password. - Your Secret Question and Answer.
