N/a Describe how you were scammed: The said person contacted me wanting to the buy the "Method" off me, as that is all I sell it clearly states that on the thread. After we talked for a while, the person wasn't able to do Paypal so insisted we use Western Union. Since WU never gives any REAL receipt and it is not a safe method for the buyer, I insisted either Paypal or Bank 2 Bank transfer. The buyer then went ahead with Bank 2 Bank, it transfer said pending (Till 28th), but since I saw the rep and history of the seller I decided to trust them. One I was given the "Proof" that the transfer was going to take place I proceeded to go with the transaction E-mailing the information (Just like I do to all other clients) At that time the buyer said I cannot use this and canceled the bank transfer. Other details / notes: My thread clearly states I'm selling the method, whether you choose to use it or can even use it is up to you. I give NO False information and have had not one complaint about my service with over 45 transactions done with this service alone. This is very valuable information no matter how small it is, people are offering this for $275+, so for me to get scammed over $50 I feel very upset. This is a scam, whether it was the buyers intentions or not, getting the information THEN canceling the payment after is considered fraud if not scam. This person should be removed from the site no matter how little their crimes, no telling when they will do it again. Should be noted that the person also had a dispute on their paypal (I wonder why) so they can't pay me that way. The buyer has the information now, I'm not there in real life with the person so no one can confirm whether they will use it or not no matter what they say, no one can trust another mans world on the other side of the world.
