Buying monetized channel

I am interested in buying monetized channels. I don't care about the niche, views, subscribers or number of videos. I just care if the channel is monetized and have no strikes or flags. (assuming is monetized it doesn't have it) I am interested in paying $30. Not much but it can be a very small channel you don't need anymore.
