DIABLO III So I power leveled this guy multiple times before (like 4 times). This time he asked for another power level, i told him sure and we made payment and all was good. Once we were done, he if he could get another power level. I said sure, but he said he'd have to pay me in 2 hours because he was getting money sent from a friend. I told him sure (didn't think he'd scam after paying for 6 boosts). Sure enough, he never paid me through PayPal as we agreed on.
