Looking for monetized channel, #of subscribers doesn't matter

I run a political/fact checking twitter account with 6k followers that I earned "the hard way". I'm actually really proud of it & I'm starting to take it more seriously as a "brand" with potential (if I put effort in and make smart growth decisions). So I want to start making video content. But I have no idea if my twitter followers will watch it. Since I don't have any presence on YT, I may as well just START my channel on an account that is already monetized. I don't really care about current subscriber count bc hopefully I can lure my existing followers to to channel. Monetization status is the only criteria I care about. Also, I have a 2006 Twitter account I'd be willing to include in the sale. No followers, but it's vintage!
