Lost Google Authenticator recovery key.

Hi I can no longer access my account, link is https://www.epicnpc.com/members/244872-Sidewinderz I lost my phone a while back that had my google authenticator app and recovery key SMS.... Is there anything I can do to get access back on my old account please, I have sent a PM to Epicnpc But not sure if it'll be read or not. I can provide any info necessary to prove I'm Sidewinderz.
