Upon being log on the account for the first time, I realize that there is no proto drake, not either one of em, not everything is as pretty as he put up in the post. When I mentioned it to him, he speak about how he had to recover his toons trough GM and that they must have made a mistake and didn't recover his drake as well as some other stuff. So I give the guy the benefit of the doubt, I ask him that either A. get the achievements done ( it was missing one or two goal for each achievs ) or B. That he refund me a portion of the payment. Halafax agree to A and I give it a delay of about one week, otherwise he will need to refund. Well Halafax did not complete his end of the deal by completing the raid, and did not send the refund when asked multiple times. On December 9, in order to put pressure on him so that he could refund what was missing I opened a dispute on paypal. Thirdy minutes after, halafax escalate the dispute to a claim, leaving it to paypal to decide whom the money was gonna go to. On dec 14 09, paypal decided that I purchased virtual good and that hence I was not protected and will not receive my money back. As of today Halafax still has the money and the account. I will e-mail all the dialogs/e-mail I had to [email protected] for admin to view the proof. Thanks.
