This is a Scammer,he knows the payment can be recalled on paypal.he doesnt want to give wow acc info first but he still want money first,that is so fishy,i told him i will cancel payment if you give me nothing after payment sent,that came to be true that he gave me a wow acc name and email.i have tested to do that password reset,but it shows me that acc name was not found after payment sent,he took the money then blocked me.lol never worry about the paypal payment,was a nice test for this scammer.
