Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Other details / notes: I sent the request amount to his Paypal, he verified and gave me some info of a google mail account, it required 2-step verification he said he would get asap (I was already in suspect, my fault for not getting enough proof) then said his mobile was having a problem. Then he tried to remove 2-step verification and after that I was removed from his Skype. I tried to talk back with him but nothing.
