Scammed by BOSSTOP1337 for a YouTube channel

I was looking to purchase a YouTube Channel from BossTop1337 for $15 and we were messaging one another via DM on the site here, so we agreed the price and I made payment today, as soon as I made the payment, he has now stopped messaging me, even though I asked him about the channel or refund/cancel payments.
