Scammed by Nuno Miguel for $80. Doesn't refund + wants more $$ for YT channel

Look at the original thread (https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/1193862-Selling-Youtube-Channel-9K-subs-with-1-400-000-views ) . He didn't verify ownership of the YouTube channel by using the EpicNPC verification box. He put the link to "his channel" (most likely not even his) outside of the box. So he may very well comeback under a different account and do it again. He seems like an experienced scammer. Knows to use F&F. Waited several days so I couldn't cancel the transaction. Was a middleman used?: No. Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: I asked for middleman. He said no. We then agreed on a price via Paypal. I send payment via Paypal Goods / Services for Buyer Protection He claims there was a hold on the account. He refunds me my money. I send money via a different Paypal account via Paypal Friends / Family 2 days later, he asks for more money. I say I want more my $80 back. He says he already spent it on CSGO skins..
