No If yes, what is the Trade Guardian ID? No ID What is the dispute about? Dear sirs, the above person sold me his account and provided me with a logging details. Once I received it I logged in to Gmail to check if the email was legit. It asked me for a code that I provided to the person in order to authenticate the login. I changed the password in order to feel secure about the new account I just obtained and added my phone number for verification. The account was locked after that. I told the person about the lock and If he can assist me to unlock it. I didn't even have the chance to log into the game and confirm that what I was sold was genuine and the account was real. Since last Tuesday I have been trying to communicate and accommodate the situation with him and find a solution to the recovery, but I kept getting vague messages and no response for days. After not responding for 3 days I confronted him and asked him If I can admit to myself that I got scammed and I can continue with my life and not waste any more time trying to recover the account and this is the answer I got: "I tried yesterday to recover the account, in my opinion it’s a you break it, you buy it situation. I don’t have access to my account anymore due to the situation. I did not intentionally scan you but I’m at a loss for how to rectify the situation" The policy of EpicNpc states " Account Locks Accounts (email, FB, etc) can sometime become locked if unusual activity is detected. This can occur when our MM or buyer accesses the account. Once locked, only previously used recovery information (phone, email) can be used to unlock the account. It is the responsibility of the seller to unlock the account because only the seller will have the ability. If the seller is unable to, the transaction will be cancelled. If the seller does not have the ability to unlock, the account should not be sold." Below is my last message to him since yesterday and no reply, If that person was genuine about this sale and this was just a normal lock up there won't be any reason to ghost someone for days and not reply back to them when you have their money and gave them nothing in return. Not a single time he comforted me to tell me he will fix it or that the account is real and not a scam and he will find a solution. Instead, he is blaming me for blocking "my own account" I would like to receive my money back if he cant provide me with the account that I paid for.
