Information ###################### Purchase Date: 14 February to 25 January Date the problem begain: Today Method of Contact Used (chat progam): Skype Instant Messenger username of the person you're accusing: His Skype is live:bobbynaks & His Paypal is: [email protected] Your Instant Messenger ID: Other information: He purchased one of my accounts with payment plan via Paypal. He paid to me 3 times total of 800 Euros. He got hit by blizzard's ban wave by exposing himself. There is no refund if one account gets banned under customer obviously there is no problem on that matter. But today, my Paypaler told me that he got a dispute opened by this person. Payments were F&F so still everything is okey. If payment is F&F, owner can only do an unautorized payment claim via their bank for get the money and Paypal investigates the situation normally. But after Paypal dispute started at 17.22, refund is confirmed at 17.26 without even a dispute happened. Funny fact is, today we were trying to unban his account for free. Basically it was really unautorized payment not made by real owner of PP OR he prepared himself before make payment to me for being able to make unautorized payment claim in the future. Imagine there is even many day gaps but still there is not even a dispute on Paypal before refund is made. Like 4 minutes of investigation and money goes back to him instantly. Or he must hack someone's Paypal and use it for purchase from me. he paid me three times. First of them made at 21 January, Second Payment made at 25 January, Third Payment made at 14 February. He got banned at 18 February while knowing account's info since day 21 or 22 February. At that time, i didn't logged to account.
