Wtb gifted subs from other regions

But a quick question first before so, If I use nordVPN to make an account from either region and pay other people to gift me game time, would it work fine if I'm playing in USA while not using a VPN?.. I would wait a few days after making the account to login on my USA IP. I think it would be easier to find russian than argentina even though it's cheaper in argentina. Any answers on this and if so I would be interested in buying some gifted game time from that region,
